How do you decide the best answer?

I go by details, but ohter go by length, what do you go by?

I base it on how the person answers the question. If I ask a question that has 2 or 3 extra questions in the added details then I decide based on who answered the whole question including added questions in the added details part. Sometimes I go by how they break the question down as well. It just depends really on the type of question I'm asking as well. it's not all about if the answer agrees with me or not as there have been times where I have rewarded a best answer to somebody I didn't agree with but they gave a lot of information or the info that I wanted or needed.

I go by details. But I find it surprising that the YA team had chosen some of my answers as the Best Answer not because of detail or length but because of the humor I injected into them.

I just go by the best answer . I've given the best answer rating to a fan of our biggest rival , the Bears . Because I'm a Packer fan am I supposed "hate" everyone that likes the Bears ? I don't think so , the best answer is the best . It's as simple as that .

I base it on detail but I make sure the answer applies to the question

I go by how much thought it seems someone put into the answer... Length of the answer doesn't matter to me...

I go by relevence and detail.

A lot of I see go by someone who supports their already pre-determined opinions.
