Two questions:

My daughter is 16 years old. adjuster claims no judge approval is required in his settlement offer due to no "permanency? He said....."right there is no permanency to your daughters injuries?" I responded, "Im no medical provider so I wouldn't know." He then goes on and states, well since there is no permanency, we don't need a judges approval. Is this correct?

And last, the adjuster had made hi offer although it has only been verbal over the phone. It is entered into their system and has been ackknowledged by several employees as their claims office.

Can they withdraw the offer for any reason at this point?

I honestly get the strong feeling this adjuster is playing games, I don't trust him. He is trying to bait me into answering questions, etc.

So is a judges approval needed?

Can they withdraw the settlement offer?

A uniform 45 pound gate, 3 ft. wide and 5 ft. high is supported by two hinges. Each hinge is located 6 in. from the top and bottom of the gate. What force, in pounds, acting perpendicular to the upper hinge must the upper hinge supply to support the gate? I have been working on this problem with no success and it's due tomorrow! Help! if you were hooking up with this girl (however no sex) and every weekend you called her over to hang out (first you hung out, went to parties, then back to your place to hook up) and she decided one time that she'll come over, hang out with you, go to the parties with you, come back to your place with you, but NOT HOOK UP (for the first time ever) and instead of agreeing to go to your room with you, she says 'hmm.. lets just watch tv'.

Okay, so there was this one commercial promoting something......about women not to be sexually abused and stuff like that. There was a fact that said "1 in every 4 females will be sexually abused/assaulted (something I don't remember) by the time they are 18". Is that true? So out of us 4 bff's, one of us could be sexually abused within the next 4 years??????OR have already been???? I haven't.

ok my cousin was caught shoplifting in von maur yesterday she took like five thing but under 500 dollars she feel really bad and guilty and she feels stupid for doing that the police pulled her to the security room and showed her the taggs that she pulled off.she felt bad and they called her parents and gave her a citation she didn't admit it though to the interrogaters she was just shocked and in awe so i dunno if that will hurt her in court. she is a straight a student and always is on the honor role she has no criminal record but this 2 incidences. she is scared and tramatized that it might go on her record and she might go to jail .
what do you think is the wors t that could happen. details please and should she be worried.
