check your local nurseries, they usually have specialty items. if not, try going to a place that sells fountains.

I've seen a number of pictures of lawn-gnome sprinklers in various gardening catalogs. Also, there is a small novelty-close-out-gardening store in a mall near where I live which has various lawn ornaments, including lawn sprinklers.
