3 best relaxing bedroom colors...
Neutrals... like white, off white, gray, sand
Browns and Greens... but neutral rather than bold. Go faded or antique.

These are both relaxing colours as long as you go with the right shade - greens are very calming and can be accessorised with lots of other colours and yellow is great for bringing warmth. I am a constant decorator and have found that my current colour scheme of lilacs, dark pinks and purples in my bedroom is both very relaxing and calming
What ever you decide i am sure it will be lovely
happy decorating

You can use both.
But I would get a tester first and paint them on the walls as sometimes these colours look good on the paint chart but very faint on the wall. Sometimes even a couple of coats of the paint still make it very hard to see it.
I have purple in my bedroom and I find it very calming. Red in Feng Shui is supposed to be good as well.
Blue ~ but a warm blue if there is one and not a cold blue because in winter you want colours that lift your mood and not bring you down.
I have a different colour in each room in my home. It works and I love bright colours that is why my hair is purple at this moment in time!
Good Luck. Blessed Be X

Those colours are very good because they are just so cool and refreshing-these are my favourite colours too. Another option-and it's up to you is you can also use a very light sky blue or light pink as well as the pale green and lemon.

Citrusy colors are known to be enegizer's so you might want to try a lighter lemon, like a pale lemon cream. I think both colors would look great in your room. Green is known for it's calming qualities, that's why so many hospitals use it, so a pale version will be wonderful.

My bedroom is painted the Sherwin Williams color called Honeydew, and it looks exactly like the inside of a honeydew melon. I love it. Lemon I think is bright and stimulating, but if you love it, it doesn't matter. I might have done yellow in my bedroom, but that's the color of the spare room. There are lots of shades of lemon, so maybe you can find one with a creamy hue that feels calmer to you.

Pale green would be nice with pale pinks and creams. I would go with shades of lilac and blue for calming colours.

2 lovely colours, I decorated my lounge in those colours a few years ago, it always looked fresh & airy. The colours are relaxing, but if you wanted it more chilled you coloud achieve that with your lighting.
