hey whats up, im 19 now and my dad passed away when i was about 3 in a half.. i was wonderin if it was normal to have most of the side effects? i grew up very insecure and im still shy, and i dont have much confidence. I was wonderin if anyone knows about it or knows from personal experience...i dont mean to sound that bad, but i think that it changed how i grew up. If anyone knows or relates thanks again

When someone is being swore into office or sworn to tell the truth in court, they put their hand on a bible. The religious person is supposedly going to tell the truth or else face eternal damnation for lying whilst swearing this oath, but the atheist may as well swear on a copy of "The Great Gatsby". I am never going to be absolutly sure that someone who claims to believe in God will tell the truth (50% chance they will or they won't), but there is a 100% chance that someone who has no divine fear is going to tell the truth by swearing on a bible that holds no moral obligation to their soul. I guess I could have 'faith' that someone will do the right thing, but from posts on this website, I have been assured that 'faith' is a luxury no atheist can afford. What to do?

We were thinking of taking our 2nd floor ceilings and moving them up, hence getting rid of our tiny attic.

Ted Owen claimed to be the world's most gifted psychic. He could control the weather and create lightning on demand. He predicted strange phenomena, but said he had caused them to happen after having conversations with 'Space Intelligences'.
Community of parapsychologists was reluctant to work with him. Why? Didn't they take him seriously? Was it because he could be vicious? Or did they think that the world was not ready for Owens' kind of supernatural talents?

I'm making a CD but my burner messed up and now only half the songs are on there and I'm trying to delete them so I can reuse the CD. I've tried going into My Computer, right clicking the CD, but no "erase" is listed...help? thanks
