Look, maybe she did not speak to you because she thought it was for the best. Liking someone does not mean being with someone. I know, that's not much of answer, but if you like her that much, call her.

You should stop referring to her as your gf. She's someone you met 2 months ago, had a conversation with, and then haven't talked to her again. She's a stranger to you.
