I heard a few months ago that Sen. Villar has authored a certain House Bill which aims to put 'label' on imported toys. I want to write about it in our campus paper but I can't find exact reference regarding it. I tried searching it in the internet but got no results. Was the 'toy bill' just a hoax? Any link to the bill is greatly appreciated.

Bank theft me: My bank took 76£ from my account unfairly : what can I do?

My bank put charge of 38£ on my account because there was not enough money (2£, i didn't realized)
when my gym asked payment (1 October).
The bank didn’t lend me money. So the bank without do anything took this money like penalty.
But this is nonsense, the bank didn’t have damages or injuries if my gym don’t receive the payment, I think that this clause is unfair and unlawful.

On Monday 15 gym did application again ( 1 for the payment of fee and also 15£ for the late payment).
That day at 2 p.m. I went to put money.
But the bank told me that it was too late (their rule) and I had to pay again 76£ of charge like penalty. (38 + 38 because about the 2 application of gym).

So only because I didn’t have 2£ in my account the bank took 76 again , without to pay gym.
The bank didn’t have injuries if I didn’t pay my gym
And didn’t lend me money.

So that is very unfair. And almost unlawful.

On my laptops keyboard i use to click on Fn and one of the top keys F12 is volume up and F11 is volume down and theres more keys on the top as well it use to work and now its not Does anyone no the problem?

I've had an AGP GeForce Ti4200 for a long time, which is pretty good... But now I bought an AGP GeForce 7300 which runs on 128mb. As far as I know, both of them are 128mb and my computer has enough to run it perfectly.

Maybe I did something wrong with the drivers, 'cause I don't think I uninstalled them properly... But when I did and put the new card in, all the start-up text came up in gibberish and there were scanlines and garbage pixels everywhere-- even though it was all functioning.

I'm gonna try it again, but what is causing this? Is this familiar? I want to know if there's something other than the drivers making this happen...

we have a vertY Big area ...so huge that so many Dogs and Monkeys also stay here beside us in our compound and area...

These dogs ...keep giving babies ...
and i feel so bad ..
i do not know what to do

The MCH ...Keeps comming and
keeps taking them off on lorries ...

it is very painful site to see
dogs suffering

we live in middle of city
what do these dogs eat ...who all feeds them..how do these dogs survive...??

Ok first off please no religious propaganda here. I'm not looking for who you think is God or what religion you follow. Personally I don't follow any religion and that's not what I'm getting at. Second of all, the "look at all the evil in the world" response is just a cop out so don't try and use that either.

That being said, the people who answered honestly, thank you. I appreciate and respect your opinions, but for the sake of argument is it really that much better to say that there just always has and always will be existence rather than existence is more than just an unbelievably astronomical coincidence?
