Four months of dating. But that was split into two parts because he went abroad for a year after we dated for about two months. We wrote to each other often, and then we dated for two more months before having sex. We were both in our mid-20s and wanted to be sure that we were right for each other before taking that step -- and the waiting just made it sweeter when it finally happened.

1 - i was nearly 16 she was 16 - we waited 3 months
2 - i was nearly eighteen she was 17 - we waited 2 months
3 - i was nearly 20 she was 17 - we waited 3 weeks
4 - i was 22 she was 20 - we waited 2 weeks
the longer i weighted the longer the relationship lasted... nest time i'll be dragging it out, try to get a couple of months out of it... but im 25 now and the women i'll be going out with will all be sexually experianced and will they want to wait that long?

I was 17 and we were together almost 5 months my first time. But now its until I feel comfortable enough with the person and know that sex is not just what they want. Cherish yourself.

i was 19 and i waited a week; however, we had known eachother for a good month before dating, and it was a long distance relationship. Lastly, we didnt have sex for abotu 6 months after that first time. i guess it was a tension release and we could get on with knwing eachother...

3 dates usually. Sometimes its a lot longer, but at my age it seems to be three dates. Next time I am waiting at least three weeks though!
