I'm writing a paper and need to mention something about I think what is called trail of evidence. I took a class on search and seizure a while back and something was said about how if police use an informant they need to keep him in their sight the entire time to keep a trail of evidence? Is that the right term? I googled it and nothing is popping up. Also, on a side not if you've gone to law school how difficult is it? Would you recommend it?

so im not new to this i found that trimming is best for me its just faster but i started to shave my happy trail cause i like the way it feels and looks after i shave it but 2 days later it starts to get red and bumps start to show some ingrown hairs not a good look i put lotion after i shower and use this thing to scrub really good so i wont get any bumps but i still do does this happen all the time or do i have to do something else?? is waxing better?

Should there be random drug testing for high school athletes? I heard from a website that they started the drug testing this year but i'm not sure. I want to see what people think and i need facts on why you think so or think not. (I'm doing a report.)

After a terrible experience with a computer company we'll call "Apple", I never received my laptop. After about a week, they finally decided to just ship me a replacement. Shortly after, the missing laptop arrived.
After further investigation, I saw that Apple didn't even ship the "missing" laptop until after I had received the replacement. I contacted Apple and they sent me a new shipping label.

I started thinking about the problems I had had with them and called Apple back and asked if they would just give me the laptop as a gesture of remorse for the problems I had with them.
I was informed (quietly) that state law states that if they ship me something in error, I am under no obligation to return it.
He also stated that they have already charged me for the first one and they couldn't charge me again.
Their website does show they are expecting me to return it.

For an accurate answer, I live in Oklahoma.

My question is: Can I legally keep this laptop without consequences?

Every movie/show I want to watch, he thinks is stupid & gets mad. It is always what he wants to watch. The only time I get to watch what I want is when he goes to bed or is at work. The same goes for the radio. Whether we are in his car or mine, he controls the radio. I am so tired of it. All he wants to do is listen to 80's music. I like the 80's too but enough is enough. I like listening to the newer stuff too. If I manage to turn it to my station, he will slap my hand away or just get mad & turn off the radio. I love my husband, but this is so childish and its getting to the point that I just want to smack him. Please advise how I should handle this situation.

i can't think of a halloween costume! halloween is in 2 days, and i can't think of anything! i know the usual 'gothic fairy' and 'bunch of grapes' costumes, but i want something that no one can think of! i really like the idea of the 'charmin bear' and it'd be so cute if my best friend wasn't going as it. i'd really like to be something like the charmin bear, like a really cute animal, or the morton salt girl (other friend is going as too..), i guess from the commercials on t.v. thank you so much for your help!
