Anywhere where clover grows. Four leaves is a common mutation of the three leaf clover, look hard enough and you can even find some 5 and 6 leaf clovers.

look for a patch of clover and then just look for one. One time I found 10 four leaf clovers in one afternoon!

Long ago, by brother, who studied horticulture, planted clover seeds and experimented with adding lots of nitrogen. I found several variants of those clovers, four, five, six, seven...

I used to live on a farm in IL and I found 3 one year in our yard. I guess I was just lucky because I never found anymore after that.
