If a normal triangle is rotated 180 degrees, would the triangle be upside down?

Haha is this some sort of trick question? Anything (the right way up) rotated 180 deg should be upside down. But if the object is already upside down to begin with... ahhh.. then the object would not be upside down. But then again, how does an upside down tiangle look like?

Yes. Think of a circle as being 360 degrees. A half circle would be 180 degrees.
Let's use a clock analogy.
If one point of the triangle--we'll call it the pointy A end--were pointing at 12 o'clock, and you turned the A end 180 degrees, it would now be pointing at 6 o'clock. Therefore it's "upside down," as you put it.

yes 360 is one rotation (i.e. it woudl do a circle and come back to teh starting point) so 180 (half of 360) woudl only go half way around teh circle (or turn) thus it woudl be upside down.

yes if 360 is a full turn then 180 would be half of a turn
