and so omnipotent why would He allow such sin and evil to exist in the world? Why permit his creations to go to hell? Or why not just end all the suffering? You opinions please.

Since the service of love can alone be acceptable to God, the allegience of His creatures must rest upon a conviction of His justice and benevolence. Humans being unprepared to comprehend the nature of consequences of sin, could not then have seen the justice and mercy of God in the destruction of satan and all things evil. Satan was cast out of Heaven. Had he been immediately blotted from existence. (as God could have easily done) humans would have served God from fear rather than from love. Even if God had destroyed satan the influence of the deciever would not have been fully destroyed, nor would the spirit of rebellion have been utterly eradicated. God permits evil and sin as He permitted satan to carry forward his work until the spirit of disaffection ripened into active revolt . That all may see..

This is just more proof socialism does not belong in a capitalist society. This year the U.S. government plans to spend over $1.2 trillion on social programs.

The primary function of the U.S. government is not provide welfare. According to the founding fathers of this country, the primary purpose of the U.S. government is maintain a military and the secondary purpose is to regulate commerce.

It is a fact there is more money spent on social programs than on the military. There are federal social programs, state social programs, county social programs, and city social programs. Their costs add up to trillions of dollars yearly.

Dumbest of all?

Me and my hubby and been together for 4 years. We have a 3 year old together, and we both want another child. There's a couple of things stopping me from proceeding though.
#1- I just lost 40 lbs, and I don't want to get fat again (I know- it sounds stupid) I will continue to work out though.
#2-With my first, I cracked my tail bone during labor and couldn't walk for 1 month afterwards
#3- I hemorrhaged after expelling the placenta and they had a problem stopping the bleeding, causing me to faint
#4- I have insurance, but it doesn't cover pregnancy, but we can afford to pay for the birth and baby stuff, plus I have all the baby clothes and toys from my first.

What do you guys think? Are these reasons enough to not have another? Be nice with your answers, no rude answers please! Thanks!!!
