Man in his mid 30's works with an overweight woman (in this case, the woman has had to have a special chair ordered to fit her rather large carriage).

So, apparently duing a meeting, there was discussion of accidentally bumping cars in the parking lot (backing in, putting a car in gear and letting it roll...etc)

Well, this woman's car hit another one in the parking lot...

The man asked "well, was she in the car?"

Someone responded "what difference does that make?"

He said that "well, if she were in the car, and it rolled into another it would most likely be wrecked"

Someone told him to stop... this was IN A MEETING!

He then asked "have you ever read a physics book"...(referring to the momentum the car would gain with the large lady inside).

What would have happened at your workplace in this situation?

It's ridiculous. You all heard Joe Buck say last night that Todd Helton is "just as good a hitter away from Coors Field as he is at home". Unlike politics, you just can't tell lies about black and white numbers in sports. Todd Helton is a great guy and a great hitter, but just like every other human on the planet, he's a much better hitter at Coors Field. He's a career .367 hitter at home and a career .295 hitter away. Fact. Can't argue with it. Is lying just a general part of the FOX culture?

One day I got on the bus to come home and this man came up to me & said "God told me to tell you that if you do not get over your issues w/ your father, you daughter will be cursed." Now I don't have any children but do want them (daughter's) badly. I told him so. He said "Well that's what God told me to tell you." and just went back and sat down. Now I have been praying for relief from my suffering over this and I ask you to help me, will you?

AARGH, that is one of my BIGGEST pet peeves!! It's not like we have BILLIONS of people in the world! I just hate when people use this as an excuse to stay in a crappy relationship!!

I understand if you can't read, write, ugly, have 12 kids or are SERIOUSLY lacking somewhere else, then YES, you should probably be scared. But if you have a great personality, look fairly decent and have something to offer in a relationship besides sex, then I say go FIND someone already!!

I LOVE my wife. But as much as I love her, if God forbid something happened to her, I would not be scared to be alone. If a woman didn't want to accept me having a daughter, she can go!

"Scared to be alone." What a crock... Enlighten me, please!!

Insurance Companies have answered my ad and now are offereing more due to misplaced homeowner who are rebuilding. One agent saw that I raised the rent and is accusing me of price gauging. Am I breaking laws? I need the money to cover my losses... Due to demand I think I can get 4000. One Ins. adjuster told me authorizations for increased rental prices during these times are authorized. but another is disgusted and threatens to report my ads to Feds..Yikes!

I'd like to think there is more to it than my husband just being selfish, but we never get to go anywhere just to be alone... dinner, movies, to the park... nada! He says it's enough just for me to be at home with him... But it's not enough for me, and I've told him that several times! He just still doesn't get it. I have been with my partner for 4yrs now. We are both 22yrs old, engaged a yr and live together for 2 yrs now. I love him to pieces but im distraught with how Im treated as he is extremelly jealous and controlling, especially when alcohol is involved!I hate going on nights out with my partner because when he drinks he has a very aggresive side,not towards me but other people. Literally every time we go out he gets into fights. When he gets into these rows he will then take his anger out on me, not by hitting me but by shouting at me n saying hurtful things, he then walks away from me n leaves me completely alone. I literally beg him to leave the fights etc n just come home but he never listens. So after every nite out i go home alone n cry myself to sleep. He constantly thinks i want to be with other men!I have been cut off frm friends too.He wants to know wher i am all the time and if i spk to another male world war 3 develops! I cnt live like this but i luv him despite all this!Help
