My husband has said that the tv we purchased in 1997 will not be able recieve a signal and not work in Feb . of 08 because all signals are going to be digital? We have direct tv if that matters.

There was an infomercial on this software that was pretty much idiot proof that anyone could use to trade stocks online and do business research. Does anyone remember what the name of the program was called?

(Don't give names like Ameritrade, Scotts, or any of those, because I'm sure it wasn't as popular as those)

I'm 16 and I live at home with three siblings who're all grade-school age. My mother and I as of late have not been getting along. She's had a lot of stress and her parenting is starting to slip. She's been yelling profanities at my siblings and I, and telling them that if they want to cry they should do it into a pillow, hitting us more, ect. I have been thinking about leaving for a while but she's recently told me that she can't wait until I leave and she'll be happy when I go, and that she wants me to leave as soon as possible.

So I've gotten in touch with child and youth services and tomorrow I have an appointment to tour a group home and hopefully make a good impression there. The rent, though, is 325$.

To pay rent I can either apply for student welfare or I can take my mom to court. She's going through a lot of stress and is tight for money but I'll need to make rent and SHE is the one asking me to leave. Opinions?

Another email from the ex. Wife read it and wasnt too happy, this one was quite different she asked how my wifes and my relationship is doing. Do you think that is hint? I dont think it is anything big but my wife wants to kick her ***. I am an ordinary girl, from indonesia, but i am chinese. I am married to this guy few months go, mostly 6 months. I know him from some webside anyway. That time, when he purpose me i really sure that he's the one, and i really trusting him, more than i trust my self. Coz i really love him, more than i love my life.
When we dating, everything seems cool.. smooth, we're a perfect couple. I always trust him, even when we long distance.

Until one day, he tell me the truth..

One month before he go to indonesia, and find me. He told me that he was seduce by a girl from malaysia. He know this girl from he's x job. Because he always bring some file and check to that girl's office.
That day, he tell me that this girl always hold he's hand, until that day, i dont know how, he said that they were going to a pup, and they drink. But not drunk. After that, he drive this girl to her appartment. And they TOUCHED, but not sex, Atlease that's what he told me. But what i'm disappointed is..
That day when he out with this girl, he already (we can call it) Commit to each other and we know that we like each other.

Start from that day, I realise that my trust to him is getting less.
But i do love him, i still love him like the way i loved him. Is just that i dont know why, start from that moment, is really difficult for me to trust my husband. Even when he promise me he wont do that again, or he said that's before (WE) met.
I just find that's unfair to me, that day we already known that we love eachother. Even i love him even before i met him.

And it always something that i'm not happy about, coz i start to worrying, he always home late. We not DOING that often like lasttime. He being so easy to get angry, i just find that he had a bad tamper after he 3 months our marriage. I just too stress, until i loss my weight. Ev'rybody asking me, what happen to me? I really dont know what to do, and who talked to. I know no one here.
I do miss the way he treated me, He's so caring, loving, patient, patience. He always tell me, and being honest. But now..

i really dont know how to trust him back? i just can stand this along.

It's obvious with the latest rankings that this system needs to go. So what should we replace it with? Personally I'd like it to be a playoff system that leads to bowl games. So the greedy people in the NCAA can still get their bowl sponsorship money.

why dont we stop arguing about whether god exists or not, but rather if the god described in the bible matches with the one who's supposed to be loving, and forgiving and whatnot? I think the real reason some of us dont want to worship isnt so much as to whether we believe or not, but rather if he is deserving of it. I mean think about it

1)he forced his son to sacrifice himself(HIS OWN SON!!!)
2)he killed several people and innocent animals in the great flood(but wait, wasnt one of the commandments thou shall not
kill?)
3)he tried to keep adam and eve ignorant
and he punished them for something that wasnt their fault. How were they supposed to know it was wrong to disobey god before eating from the tree and learning the difference between right and wrong?
4)he sends you to hell for not believing. so you could be a perfectly nice person who means no harm, but because you dont believe in him and considering there is no proof then you go to hell
