What is the point of them? I mean I could see the reason in the 70s and 80s when there were no equal rights for gays but personally I think they should go the way of bra burnings for now.

Hey it's me again, the bad smell is coming from the back room and it's a laundry/basement type room. The owner told us when we moved in that it leaked through the block walls when it rained really hard but he also put that stop leak paint on the floors and walls. Our sewer pipes run through this area and I know they aren't leaking but is there a way for the smells from the sewer to get back into the house and is there any way to stop this.I really like this house except for this smell ,what do I do except use all the suggestions you guys have given me,and I really liked the one about the dead body and I told my hubby that the former tenant must of disposed of a bad person back there but they did a heck of a job concealing the grave, but thanks guys .

Craters on the moon
Rings around Saturn
and stars.

I don't know much about Astronomy...except a 100 level course. I live in the city and saw Venus in the east, even with 8X25 binoculars could not see m uch.

I looked at Costco website and they range from $69-275 (the most I want to pay is $300.)

What should I look for...or is money spent in this range a waste because quality would be terrible?

I would like to know if the FDA allows a certain amount of moth larvae in food. I have been told this. I recently had a disgusting experience buying a bar and finding it absolutely infested with moth larvae. It has continued to produce further moths and larvae for over a month.

with all due respect to Don H, if this statement is true, then wouldn't all forms of Protestantism be "pagan"? Also, wouldn't any Christian church based on the canonical Bible be "pagan", since the canon was established by the Catholic Church? Furthermore, wouldn't the only Christianities that do not qualify as "pagan" be those that the Catholic Church deemed "heresies"?

I dated him for over a month but we broke up because he always had school, homework, and work to do. I understood that but then after a while I still had feelings for him. We still talk but I feel that I will never be with him again. I feel that if we try it again we can probably make it. All I want to know is if we will have a chance to be together again. I love him beyond belief. I have no idea what I will do without him.

The Day of Judgement has arrived. Major disasters everywhere: flood, fire, disease.
St. Peter has been at the Gates of Heaven for three straight days, asking the millions of victims some very basic questions.
Jesus comes along and sees that Peter is much too tired to continue.

"Pete, take a break and I'll do this for a while".
So Jesus takes over and asks each potential resident their name, occupation, and number of children, where applicable.

After a time, an old, feeble man appears before him.
"Your name sir?" asks Jesus
"I don't know" replies the man.
"Occupation?"
Again the old man replies that he doesn't recall.
"Number of children?"
"No clue" says the man.

Somewhat exasperated, Jesus starts anew. "Your name really isn't that important. However, your occupation is. Please concentrate sir; what did you do for a living, how did you gain your livelihood?"
The old man, lost in thought, slowly starts to piece it together.
"Well," he says "I can recall working with my hands a lot. In fact, looking at the splinters in my palms, I'd have to say that I was a carpenter."
"Excellent and honorable occupation sir. Well done! Now for the next step: How many, if any, children did you have?"
Once again the old man furrows his brow and tries desperately to remember.
After a long while he says "I'm almost sure I had one child and since I can't remember any dresses or dolls, I'm sure the child was a boy.
And one more thing, this boy of mine was ostracized because he had holes in his hands, his feet, and his sides".

Finally piecing the story together, Jesus jumps to his feet, the ultimate realization of who he has encountered striking him like a bolt of lightning.

With tears in his eyes, he yells "Father!!"
The old man, equally moved, rises and screams "Pinocchio!!"

My roommate and I get along as well as any other.......I guess. I believe that I am more courteous to her than she is to me. For example, I happen to be a night owl, but I am a quiet one. However, if I am sleeping she will be one the phone talking EXTRA loud as if I am not there.

Anyhow, the current issue that I have with her is that she let a male friend of hers spend the night in our dorm room without even asking me or saying something.

I want to confront her on this issue since I found what she did to be incredibly disrespectful. She pretty much acted as if I wasn't even in the room (and I don't mean that they were getting down while I was in the room), and I don't feel that she has the right to do that when we are sharing one room. I feel as if she should ask me. Why do I have to be uncomfortable in my own space? It isn't like we are in an apartment and she was in an entirely different room.

I recently bought a brand new harddisk together with an external casing. The problem is that my PC can't detect the new harddisk, even though my PC is able to detect the USB casing. So what is the problem? I'm using SataII harddisk.

I tried checking the Administrative tool --> Device Manager and the new harddisk is not listed there.

Any advice?

Okay, So I had this dream that I was a lesbian!! I didn't do anything but kiss the girl, who I have no idea who it is. We didn't do anything else but kiss. I am extremely happy in my relationship with my guy, but last night we had argued about us not spending enough time together. Does this mean anything.
