The answer for that question is simple....
I can't understand your equation..... but let's assume that:
A.) cos(0) is cosine 0 degree..then the answer is 1..
since its a special angle in which this angle states that as this angle approaches zero the opposite becomes zero while the adjacent and opposite becomes 1 because they're now equal...
Now applying the soh cah toa rule..(I dunno if you know this):
S O H stands for Sine (S) =Opposite (O) / Hypothenuse (H)
C A H stands for Cosine (C) = Adjacent (A) /Hypothenuse (H)
T O A stands for Tangent (T) = Opposite (O) / Adjacent (A)
We will apply the C A H since we're dealing with cosine:
cos(0)=1/1
cos(0)=1
1 is the answer
B.) But if that's only a symbol...maybe theta or what greek letter:
cos(greek letter that you want)=2/3
(greek letter)=cos^-1 (2/3)
(greek letter)=48.2 degrees..
Maybe this will help....

i think you meant to write this
cos(ө) = 2/3
cos(2/3)^-1 = 48.2°
ө = 48.2°
