My broker was throwing out these terms and I ,not savvy in the loan department, just listened and agreed. With a credit score of 680 he's trying to finagle a better refi for us. An option 5/1 ARM seemingly is the best but we can't secure it. Now he wants to do a $560k and $70k loan fixed. Good idea? We need to lower our payments somehow. He's trying smaller banks.

I know I have asked a million questions but i still have more =) but ok so my bf just graduated boot camp this past weekend when he comes home from A school in 6 weeks we are going to get married. What do I have to do to get ready for this? Cause we want to try to get me with his where ever he is stationed as soon as possible. I am a senior in high school and I am surprising my brother with a trip to disneyland. My parents know already because I had to tell them to make sure they could get the time off. I have asked this before and gotten some good ideas but I want something more. I can't not tell him because he knows the route to disneyland by heart and would know automatically where we were going. My kitty "Twinkle" loves to play fetch. Twinkle will run after a toy mouse, fetch it, and bring it right to my feet! Just like a dog :)
