Unless OJ wants a trial, he will most likely cut a deal now. A trial would be very costly for both sides. With the testimony of a co-defendant, there really isn't anything else they can do. Of course, there is much that is unknown about this case so who really knows?

I don't think we will see the same circus as was seen in his previous court cases. At least I hope not.

Although I have not really paid attention, I don't think OJ has a criminal record of any convictions. So he is looking at probably going on probation and not prison.

Well seeing the prosecutor picked someone with a criminal history of theft and robbery to cut a deal with. I'd say that helped because we all know what stories people will tell to avoid trouble.

I hope he has to pay for this crime, he did not have to pay for the other ones. Then again, you know how long the celebrities have to stay in jail, and some politicans never get charged, so anything is up for grabs, maybe probation at the most.

As long as he doesn't get the same jury that he did 12 years ago, 32 will probably be DOING 32.

O J is going to go to prison, for a long long time. I think he really wants to go, because his conscious is playing on him, and he is responsible for his wifes death. Not only did he take away his wife's life, he took away his childrens mother.

I dunno he's still pretty darn rich and has that whole race card thing going for him. Maybe people will think he didn't really know what he was doing and he has his rights.
