Is their a book that deals with the elder scrolls construction set?

morrowind or oblivion. I'm wondering about like a "dummies guide to...." type of thing.

I’ve never seen a guide like that, but there are lots of web sites that talk about this. I’m at work, don’t have the handy, but if you Google “Elder Scrolls Construction help” I’m sure you’ll find something. There is a wiki page dedicated to this also.
