My wife and I live in the Dallas, TX area and are thinking about possibly buying a condo or house, and have several questions. We both are young 24 and 22, and have good credit. We don't have too much saved, so we wanted to know what we should consider when thinking about buying a condo or a home? Is either one better? One concern we do have is bottom line how much house/condo can we afford based on what we currently make which is about $3000/mo (We're both still in school). Currently all our bills total about $1800. I've heard about FHA or first-time buyers programs. Also, I've heard credit unions are good for loans as well. So, after deciding how much we can afford, what do we do from there? Thanks for any info.

my husband was hit in the back drivers side door 2 weeks ago the driver got out of her car and ran. 2 days later the police said that the woman who owned the car was not the driver she had let a friend drive the car and he had let his girl friend take the car to the mall. where she cut through the parking spaces and hit my husband. neither our insurance nor the owners will cover the damages and we had uninsured motoriest is there a way that we can make some one pay for the damages to our car we dont have the money to fix it. and right now we just cant drive it at all. and we have called several lawers who keep telling us they will get back to us or they only handle the medical part (we live in ga and our insurance is geicko)

Seeing that the circumstances under which that beloved hymn was composed (google "John Newton") was an adult conversion to faith, by grace ...

... and that we believe "all [from God] is grace", as St. Therese of Lisieux wrote ...

... and that we also believe we're justified by grace?

People come and go, we live now and be gone after some years, nd be gone, and new one comes and be gone after some year. We face all aspects of life, we eat, enjoy, fail, get sick, get well, fail and triumph and die. What we do? with all this passing time and all be gone?

We chat for what? What is there in life? What is the real meaning of life? Some say to enjoy, others say to be remembered, some say to contribute to the future of mankind. Yes those are all good reasons to live but all will pass away. Great man made things ended, even great men ends. There were people who lived here 300, 500, 700 and so years ago, they were our forefathers and who are they? they loughed, cried got angry and and felt what we feel but all gone, just like us. After 200, 300, 400, 500, 600 years who will know us? Just like them we were all long gone. Tell me what is the real essence of life. How can we get into the real essence.

Tell us so we may have a truely meaningful life.

Been married for a long time with 2 grown up children. Not sure if i am making big mistake by going with this younger man. Should i at my time of life (44 yrs old) not be putting my efforts into sorting out what was a good marriage instead of daydreaming of running off into the sunset with a younger man ???? But cant get him out of my system !!

My husband is having some surgery done next week, something to do with his stomach. Although I have been seeing someone else and he knows about it he still asked me to be with him the day of the surgery, the whole day. I told him that I had no problem with taking him in the morning but that I really didn't want to spend the whole day sitting around while he is being operated on as it supposed to take several hours and you know how hospital are, it always takes longer. He made me feel very guilty for not wanting to stay. He is supposed to be in the hospital for several days so its not like he needs a ride home. What does he want from me?

Why are so many good, decent and loving religious people willing to take a black eye?

Why do so many of you allow hate mongers and half informed, radical right wing bigots to besmirch religion, faith and God?

Why don’t the truly faithful and loving, those who truly know God, or whomever you worship, why don’t you regulate the hypocrisy and bigotry that is shoveled onto the world by so many evil doers in the name of your God?

It’s a horrible condition. I wish you would all stand up and take your God back from those who would use him to preach, and instill hate and worse, use Him to promote murder.

What a wonderful world it would be.

Hey, I have a Sport Berkey and I'm not quite sure about maintenance and cleaning. The official brochure doesn't give much information. What do you do about the straw tip? I know that'll get gross after a while. Does the inside of the container ever get "slimy"? How long can I leave it filled up with water just sitting in it? Will the plastic from the container ever leach into the water and if it does can that get filtered out too?

The lineage is finally revealed. Many people are at a loss for a response when someone says " you don't know jack schitt."



Now you can intellectually handle the situation. Jack is the only son of Awe Schitt and O Schitt.



Awe Schitt, the fertilizer magnate, married O Schitt, the owner of kneedeep N. Schitt, Inc.



In turn, Jack Schitt married Noe Schitt, and the deeply religious couple produced six children: Holie Schitt, Fulla Schitt, Giva Schitt, Bull Schitt, and the twins, Deep Schitt and Dip Schitt.



Against her parents' wishes, Deep Schitt married Dumb Schitt, a high school dropout. After being married 15 years, Jack and Noe Schitt divorced.
