There are 5 years difference.

Pros- He is much more mature than most men my age (21).
He is done with College and has a great job that allows me to pursue my own career goals.

Cons- Not really his fault, but he was ready to get married before I was. Sometimes I feel like I missed out on some of the things normal college age students experience. But I knew and still know that I made the right decision in marrying him.

Age is only an issue if you allow it to be.

He's six years older. We met when I was nineteen and he was 25. It was nice because I was a single mother and the guys my own age weren't responsible enough to take on a girl who had a child. He was mature enough to handle it and he has been a great father to my daughter since we got serious. The only downfall of the age difference is that I have found that, at times, I'm not as mature as he is, so I'll get upse over little things that shouldn't really matter..

I am 8 years older than my wife and we have no problems with that. She often says it's hard for her to keep up with me, she is in her late 40's.

You are only as old as you feel.

Some people have said to her as she looks young for her age that maybe she should be with a younger man, she laughs at the idea.

She's 2 months younger....I like everything about it because younger women have too much of a playful immature behavior. Dislike?...nothing really....I just wished we can go back to courting days when we had ooooodles of fun! The days of countless teenage quickies....sneaking around under parents noses.......woiiiiiiii it was a thrill ride!....loved it!

My hubby is 2 1/2 years older than me. I don't really think that there are any pros or cons to our age difference.

8 years. There's nothing to dislike, only because I accepted whatever he had before me, like kids and such. We get along great. When you're truly in love, age doesnt matter.

My first husband was 5 yrs older than me, my second was 2 yrs younger. There were no age-related issues in either marriage.

5 months, I like the fact that next year she will turn the big 3-0, and then the big 4-0, the big 5-0, etc, five months before me so I can gloat for a little while.
