IF, I say IF, A-Rod does choose to leave, then who will replace him at 3rd? Perhaps Wilson Betemit? Or move Shelley Duncan to 3rd.

I need some ideas for Christmas gifts for my nieces and nephews that aren't expensive. The girls range in ages from 7 to 12. (One is 7 and the other 5 are 9 -12.)The boys are 6 and 13 respectively. I was thinking maybe journals for the older girls with writing pens to go along with. I haven't any ideas for the boys and my youngest niece.Any one have ideas?

my common law husband and i have discussed buying our own house for a long time. Now the time has come where we both want out of our neighbourhood. He likes the idea but lately he is turning on me telling me what i need to give up and what i need to stop doing in order to afford it. What about him we spend 200 a month on beer and I want cable that costs 60 is this fair. He is trying to control me and I don't know how to let him know that he is hurting and not letting me be my own person. I love him and don't want to leave but there are times when i don't know what else to do.

I have a challenge for you, if you think you can find this information!
I've looked at every box in the store. Not one of them give the name of the adhesive or the ingredients. Can a nurse, student or chemistry expert please find this out? Maybe a link so I can read about it. I have Googled, Yahoo'd, asked Jeeves, Dog Piled, Monster Crawled, used all search engines on Internet Explorer, as well as MSN'd and can not find the answer!!!! Some people are allergic to certain things, it shouldn't be that hard to find. Aren't companies suppose to give a list of ingredients on all the products now days? My family would appreciate the info.!!! And you will get 10 points and my humble respect!!

Bricklaying. An ingenious bricklayer builds a device for shooting bricks up to the top of the wall where he is working. He places a brick on a vertical compressed spring with force constant k = 450 N/m and negligible mass. When the spring is released, the brick is propelled upward.

If the brick has mass 1.80 kg and is to reach a maximum height of 3.6 m above its initial position on the compressed spring, what distance must the bricklayer compress the spring initially? (The brick loses contact with the spring when the spring returns to its uncompressed length.)

I need some help with this problem. I have no idea what to do. Please show me the steps on getting the answer. Thanks a ton!

When you get money for your birthday, do you have a tendency to spend it on things other than yourself? Most of the time when I get money for my birthday, I spend it on someone else or use it to pay bills. I try to tell people not to give me money for my b-day, so I may actually get a gift, but sometimes they just give me money anyways!! lol

Not surprising if anyone answers they've never spent it on anything other than themselves....lol

Okay, check this out. We were only dating for a few months. We got into a "discussion" , and needless to say, he stopped calling. Here's the thing, I finally gave in and texted him to see what was the problem. Under the circumstances of that morning, i couldnt be on the phone. Needless to say, he text me back two hours later stating, " I THINK WE SHOULD STOP SEEING EACH OTHER". Is that acceptable??? Even without an explanation.

When someone tries to impose their beliefs over you, what do you do? Do you ever get discouraged? Do you ever question your beliefs? Do you care? Winston Churchill once said, "you create your own universe as you go along." Do you live by this?

Oppose the North American Union
NAFTA Superhighway, the Amero, Mexican slave labor

Oppose the North American Union! Not most people have heard of the North American Union and government officials have repeatedly denied it's existence, Bush specifically told the public not to believe "conspiracy theories" like this one. It's not a theory it's true! Powerful and rich investers foreign and domestic have organized the North American Union behind our backs in secret meetings with government officials. The Trans American Corridor as Mexican publication call it is already being built in Texas and plans to connect large shipping centers in America together. Why you ask? Because multi national corporations need to reduce their bottom line so the CEOs of these companies can get richer. How will they do that?

I've just bought a gorgeous red dress to wear to the wedding of a friend of my boyfriend - only to learn that the bride is wearing red! I know the etiquette about not wearing white so you don't upstage the bride - do you think this applies to other colours too? My dress is knee-length and lightly patterned, so not "gown-like", although I don't actually know how formal the bride's dress is.
