I have started an import/export business dealing with South African art. (original canvas paintings, candles, pillows etc...) How do I go about getting stores like Pier1 Imports, World Market, West Elm, department stores and museums interested in buying them(wholesale)? I have a small following because I do alot of exhibits but I'd like to hit up stores now.

Should our country violate the seperation of church and state and cater to a specific religion just because they over power the government? Should the US be a "Christian Country"? If so, why?

A fireman is polishing his fire engine outside the fire station when he
notices a little girl next door in a little red cart with little ladders
hung on the side and a garden hose tightly coiled in the middle.
The little girl is wearing a fireman's helmet and has the cart tied to a
dog and a cat.
The fire-fighter walks over to take a closer look.
That's a lovely fire engine,' he says admiringly.
Thanks,' says the little girl.
The fireman looks closer and notices the little girl has tied one of the
cart's strings to the dog's collar and one to the cat's testicles.
'Little colleague,' says the fire-fighter, 'I don't want to tell you how
to run your fire engine, but if you were to tie that rope around the cat's
collar, I think you could probably go a lot faster.'
The little girl pauses for a moment,
looks at the wagon, at the dog and at the cat,
then shyly looks into the fireman's eyes and says,
'You're probably right, but then I wouldn't have a siren, would I?'

We have a Staffie. When he goes for his evening walk, he starts chomping and slurping and smacking his lips. He's even starting to froth a bit at the mouth when he does this. I've noticed him doing it when he's licked the grass, but my boyfriend says he does it even when he hasn't tasted anything.

What is it? Is it a symptom of something? Or is he just SO excited to be on a walk?

I can agree with one mistake, but two, three, and so on and keep living that lifestyle that got you into the mess in the 1st place. I think it should be a law to do this.

This world was made to be a vacation spot for our spirits. To see the beauty, and watch the animals play. But we have the ability to bond with things on a spiritual level and experience what it is like to be that thing. And the first higher spirits stayed around too long and got trapped by the forces that make this material world. Then the human form was introduced so we have a body that can deal with the hardships of this world, as well as the intelligence to find our way back.

The SPCA said he was a daschund and jack russell, but i think he is too tall. I was thinking more along the lines of a daschund/treeing walker coonhound.

Hello all! I pray that you are all doing well this afternoon. I have been reading from the OT and I just think that it is fascinating! In Genesis 32 we read about an encounter that Jacob had that left him limp.
Jacob wrestles with God:
...and a man came and wrestled with him until dawn. When he saw that he couldn't win the match, he struck Jacob's hip and knocked it out of joint at the socket.
Jacob: I will not let you go unless you bless me.
Man: What is your name?
Jacob
....Your name will no longer be Jacob,
it is now Israel because you have struggled with God and men and you have won.
........Jacob named the place Peniel for he said "I have seen God face to face, yet my life has been spared."
Conteplating this very real encounter Jacob had, I was struck by the meaning of it.
Israel means "God struggles", or "one who struggles with God."
We see that this is a parallel of future events. Israel will struggle with God and with man, and just like Jacob overcame
