The city and county have no code enforcement when it comes to bees.

Someone owns that property. Report the problem to your city's code enforcement department, and let them take it from there.

If they are definitely a problem and, I've run into this, then call the county, they're now responsible. Or, if you have a SPCA then they should be able to call someone like a local bee keeper who would gladly take the bees but, remember, they're on someones else property.

well believe it or not my dad told me how to get rid of bees it sounds crazy but it works. get a galllon size jug (like a old milk jug) about mid way up cut two holes in it diffectly across from one another. about half way to the holes pour in some apple cider in the jug. set it out side either on your deck or towards your old neighbors house. the bees in fly in and won't come out. i know it sounds crazy but it does work. i am allergic to bees and it kept them away this summer. you might have to replace the jug if it gets to full.

If these are honey bees.........let them be........BEE.....If all the honey bees are gone .......we will have problems.for lack of poloanation.....If they aren't bothering you, let em be, and they will leave on their own.......God Bless........
