What would be the problem in programming absolute, incontrovertible knowledge of God's existence into our brains and then allowing us to choose whether we love and worship this God or reject this God?

I mean... SERIOUSLY... why did this supposedly omniscient God not forsee how supremely unreliable his "I'll send them a book to inspire faith" method would be? A book left in the hands of mankind, a book editted and editted and editted... and translated and retranslated... and interpreted differently by EVERYONE... etc... how did God not see that this would be a REALLY crummy means of convincing us of his existence?

Making a personal announcement every decade or so, or programming into our minds an unavoidable and unquestionable certainty of his existence, wouldn't force us to love him and accept his salvation, so don't start in on that "God doesn't want puppets to worship him" or "God doesn't want robots to love him" stuff.

And why do they constantly remind us of this invisible enemy who wants to kill every American?

We don't even know who they are. Other than seeing the face of Osama bin Laden every year on video.

First of all, Osama shouldn't even be free to be making videos!

Second, we never hear who these enemy terrorists are? We are just supposed to go along with them and surrender our privacy and rights because of an enemy who for all we know, doesn't even exist?

This war can go on as long as they want and we will never know or see who these so called terrorists are that keep this war going. These so-called terrorists who keep attacking our troops in Iraq are not terrorists at all. They are Iraqi citizens who are fed up with our foreign policy and occupation! They use the weapons we gave to them when we trained them 2 years ago.

And our Government labels these Iraqi's terrorists to keep their little war going on and on and on

The war is nothing more than a total scam for war profit

I have a dwarf puffer, and have had him for the past three weeks or so. The only thing he will eat are snails -- he snubs all the frozen and flake foods that I've offered. Now, supplying the snails isn't a problem, as my other tank is overrun with hundreds of them. But my question is: is a diet of only snails healthy for him? Or does he need other foods as well?

I am flying in and trying to decide if I should rent a car, use a shuttle service or if taking a taxi would be better. I would like to go the least expensive way. I know that either the shuttle or the taxi would be easier because I wouldnt be driving, but if renting a car would be less expensive I could go that way also ( I am pretty good with directions ) If someone has done this before or has any good ideas that would be great. Thank you.

Ok, so i just started my own little website... www.rybomedia.com...i know, it's not much but i've had school and haven't had a lot of time to work on it...my idea is to have people submit their artwork to the site to be displayed...if you click on the "Submit Art" link, you'll see that i already have the form set up...however, it uses the mailto feature, which i don't want, plus it won't mail files...i downloaded a PERL cgi script, but am confused about what to do next...ANY tips would be great...thanks...

Hey, I've been shooting with film cameras lately, and I've wanted to kick up the ISO a bit. My camera can get ISO of 6 to 6400, but I'm not sure of how to get to those levels. I shoot with regular 400 ISO film, but I wondering if there is a way to "trick" the camera into thinking it is a different ISO? I heard somewhere that it is possible to scratch off the DX code and add black tape, but I'm not to sure. Due to the high cost of film, I dont really feel like ruining a roll of 36 exposures. Thanks for any help.

I've only had sex with my gf 5 times and ive been utterly unable to attain orgasm.

ive read on numerous forums that the problem lies with the guy so what is wrong with me?

some details..

1. i find her very very attractive
2. i get erect (because of 1)
3. when we were doing it i was drugged with flu and cold medicine. (could that have affected me?)
4. she orgasmed and says she can feel me quite well inside of her.

5. All i felt was wet and warm and i dont know


Ive also read that something must be psychologically wrong with a guy who cant orgasm with a woman. is that true? am i crazy?

what i believe is wrong is that
1. im too small to feel anything but she denies that because b4 i told her i faked orgasms she said i was 8 inches (7 1/2) and that she felt me quite well. so that cant be it
2. she is either too wet and i dont get enough friction to feel anything or she is too big genitalia wise. *but i love wet its tasty*
