It is in a tank with about 10 more fish and a turtle i dont care about the fish but will it hurt my turtle or give it the same thing? can turtles get any type of ick.

It's best to put a fish with ick into a quarantine tank if you have one, but if you don't then it should be okay as long as you treat the tank ASAP. And no, turtles don't get ick. :)

Go straight to the Pet Shop and get the "ick meds" They really work. Although your other 10 fish are probably infected but not showing signs yet, I would treat both that tank, as well as separate & treat the one fish that is in question.
As for the turtle, I would seriously talk to a vet about not only IF it can get "ick" but ALSO if the medication could harm it. When in doubt, separate them.
Some ways to help prevent "ick" are to quarantine new fish arrivals & treat them first with meds for a few days before introducing to your main tank. Also keep the tank clean and always BE CERTAIN the water temp is not only appropriate for your type of aquatic life BUT also VERY CONSISTANT.
When you look for a vet to talk to, pick one that says they handle "Exotics" in the yellow pages or if you still can't find one, ask your exotic pet shop who they use.

The turtle won't get ich. However, you should get rid of the diseased fish to save the rest of the population (if they aren't already infected). I'm assuming the fish are just turtle food anyways...
Don't treat the tank with meds if the fish are just food- it's better for the turtle not to be exposed to stuff that isn't necessary.

I don;t kniw if turtles get ick. It won;t do any good to take it out now. Just go to the pet store and get the ick drops and it should be ok.

I would, I'd quarantine it and still treat all of them, course you know that turtles eat fish right?. When I had turtles all my best colored fish disappeared and so did my elgie eaters tsk.. tsk.. and just to think of how big they had grown because of how long I had them.
