I'm 29 weeks right now and been doing research about when I should stop working. I work from 9-6, 5 days a week, selling auto insurance (yes a desk job, but it still can be stressful at times, especially having to deal with irate customers) and I am soooo exhausted! I am slightly anemic. Problems w/pregnancy: exhaustion, back aches, headaches (more recently), severe round ligament pain & last week I had a sharp pain in my belly button that hurt more when I moved or walked.
Anyways, I am going to see my ob/gyn next tuesday and I want to discuss with her the possiblity of me leaving work in the next few weeks. I can't just quit my job bc i carry the health insurance & if I go on maternity leave, I can still have it. My question is, has anyone had any problems w/their doc not wanting to sign a note approving early maternity leave? Stupid question, I know, but I want to be prepared before I visit her.

I have an ex that broke my heart worse than anyone I've ever been in love with. . .then he left me for scum and made it seem like he never loved me at all. However, recently he has been prank calling me and texting me. I'm just wondering why he would do this if he treated me the way he did (cheating, lying, psychological abuse, etc.) I've started to heal and move on, but I'm lost and just don't understand why he would make such an effort to prank call from random phones and send random text messages to me? Someone please help me understand what is going on!

or daughter or wife or mother ETC. even if you are religious you still feel human emotion. would you not try to kill the person who was responsible for your loved ones death. and i mean this in the sense that they killed your loved one purposely not in a car accident or anything. so would you kill that person and after you killed them would you have any regret? now if you would kill them and you are religious why didnt you just let "GOD" be the judge and do whatever to that person? why did you feel you had to take matters into your own hands?

i am religious but i know that i would kill them and would gladly spend the rest of my days behind bars and not regret one minute of it. what would you do, and how would you feel?

I want to know if I'm overreacting. When I was in college, I had a "friend with benefits." We'd been hooking up since High School, and it went off and on for several years. I had never said no to sex to him before, but when I got a serious boyfriend in the later aspect of undergrad I stopped things...or so I thought. Well one night when I was home at my parents for a weekend this guy decided to sneak in my room for a little... you know...late one night (this guy is a family friend and has a key to my house). He woke me by kissing me and trying to have sex with me. I told him "no, we talked about this I have a bf and I'm not going to do this anymore." In the end, he didn't listen and pinned me down. My parents were in the next room and I didn't want to wake them up (this is because he is a family friend and he works for my father, it would cause so much drama). So I just gave up. We'd had sex before, is it really rape? Years later, it still bothers me & I have MAJOR trust issues w/ guys

I am fed up with people looking at me as if I've lost the plot because I love clubbing and I can dance half the youngsters off the floor and I love it. I dress trendy and have been told I only look as if I'm in my late 20's early 30's, but what does it matter, is there a written rule that when you hit a certain age you have to listen to Cliff Richards, and only allowed to go to the social club now and again because your supposed to be knitting or baking, or am I wrong should I not be allowed to dance and enjoy myself anymore.

kay i got my period on the 10th lasted for like 3 days so it ended on the 13th then we facked after my period which was the 14th it kinda got in me so i like took EC(morning after pill) then like we f'ed again on the 21 twice and the 22 but then he pulled out and like on the 26th and the 27th i spotted a lil.. then like now im waiting for my period and like i feel all pmsy and ish what do u think?..

but when u take that pill yer suppost to spot huh. likee b 4 yer period right?

I recently had new brake pads installed on my 02 Buick Rendezvous and they squeak and occasionally even make a grinding sound. What is causing this? The squeak is almost everytime I break but the grinding sound has only happened once or twice. Help!

I had a Rhogam shot 4 years ago with my first child. He has developmental delays and I'm afraid that Rhogam could have caused it because I read where it contains high levels of mercury. I am pregnant now, have Rh- blood, and I don't plan to have any more children. Is it necessary to get the shot again?

Tell us girls, what are you as good at or even better than a man at in the working world.

Personally, I hire about 3 women to each man in my businesses and they are jobs either can do. I hire based on abilities and attitude and so far that is what has happened. I don't try to do this.... my daughter pointed these stats out to me. I didnt realize it.
