This diet should be called the "get sick" diet. You will lose some weight, but put it back on immediately after getting off it. It will only take glandular fat off and not stored fat.

Additionally, it is low fat and that is not good for you. Sugar is the real culprit, not fat. You need the good saturated fats to allow your body to digest fats properly. The key to a good diet is good digestion. Low fat diets cause the contents of your gall bladder to become viscous and you will find that your bile duct gets clogged easily and the bile will not flow properly. Many doctors are taking gall bladders out because of this problem, instead of fixing the problem as they should with good diet.

If you want to lose weight, make sure you are digesting your food properly, get rid of white flour, white sugar, all hydrogenated oils, eliminate soy from your diet because it slows your thyroid down and makes your metabolism slow way down, eat only grass fed beef, not grain fed angus beef.

If you really want to lose the "stored fat" and not see it come back like all the other diets, get Kevin Trudeau's book on dieting. That diet really works and I have seen it work on people personally. It does what it says it does. Trudeau did not invent the diet, he just reports on it.

good luck to you

nope sry.
ive tried tons of diets lik that one.
sorta lik the rainbow diet and then once the 7 days is up
you start gainin it all back cos ur bodys confusd.
if you start on a diet it should be lik a regular diet that you plan on stickin with and makes you happy. lik weight watchers or somethin keepin points.
become vegan or vegetarin.
or maybe read this one book "the weigh down diet" by gwen shamblins" it sounds interseting. tho, im not sure what your belief is. its sorta of religious. but in my opinon if i go on any diet itd be this one. cos it sounds reasonable cos you can pick out some good foods u crave and still eat them but in a smaller amount.
or maybe the biggest loser diet
or winning by losing by jillian michaels depends if you dont mind spendin a lot on food. but its worth it.

hope i helped:-)
good luck w/ ur diet!!

no, but i'm sure if you do it and it works some the weight will come back because you really haven't changed anything but a few days

I would be miserable on this diet. Tomatoes and chicken noodle soup give me acid reflux
