Well in most cases if someone has the AC on, I am freezing my butt off. Like in the doctors office and grocery stores, I am cold. Winter time, I am freezing all the time, lol. In the summer when I am busy out side of course I am so hot. At night when I am trying to sleep, I want it cool...not cold, and a fan blowing on me as well.
I am now over weight by about 20 or so pounds. I am trying hard to loose that but it is hard when that sweet tooth starts yelling at me at night, lol.
High blood pressure, only when I get stressed out does it go up, most of the time it is low.
Menopausal, I went threw that about 10 years or so ago. I rarely have hot flashes any more, thank goodness for that.
You didn't ask this one, but I am 51.

I am always cold, freezing. The sun goes down and even if its 100 F I have to put on jeans and a sweater, or wrap up, I may be reptilian, I was told I was an iguana in a previous life, so maybe there is a connection?
Not overweight, 5' 3 3/4 " 120 lbs, high BP because of my accident and injury to C and T spine. Tired a lot.
Post menopausal I suppose. (?) WHEN do you know? No menopause symptoms ever, really, had 1 or 2 hot flashes in the summer when it was really hot and I was really tired, other than that nothing strange going on.

I will admit that I am overweight (makes it hard to fly!).
Have had chronic LOW blood pressure all my life, but am now settling into the low range of "normal".
Over menopause completely. I did suffer from hot and cold flashes for awhile, but have been okay for most of this year.
I still can't stand high heat surrounding me, and I don't think it has much to do with menopause. Even when I was a child I hated being hot.
You need to tell those men to take their suit jackets off, so that you ladies can emerge from your sweaters at work!

Only if the temperature is above 75 with humidity, then I am hot and need a fan or some air conditioning. No, I am not overweight, yes I have high BP, and yes I am menopausal (since 2002) with no estrogen. When do these hot flashes end? Help!!!!

Whatever the temperature is, I'm sure to be the other.
I'm past postmenopause (or so I think at age 67), I have low blood pressure, and I am on the heavy side, but am not obese (5-4 and 160 lbs., with the 10 that were added after I quit smoking in January).
Rather than make others uncomfortable, I carry a lightweight jacket and put it on and take it off as needed.

I am always hot due to my hot flashes. When I was working they would always have the air conditioning on and I always used to have a lite sweater or jacket on.
Now at home I wear as little as possible and sleep with just the sheet in summer as it is too hot here. In winter I do need my flannel sheets as I hate getting into a cold bed.
My blood pressure is under control now and I would like to loose about 30 pounds.

Oh Boy!! I'm a mess!! Always hot, but yet cold if the a/c is blowing right on me. Still menopausal I think. Hard to tell because I'm on meds that block hormones (cancer treatment) and they make you sweat---it's not pretty!! Getting old isn't for sissies. My last job, there was a girl that always wore a jacket of some kind and hated the a/c and it's over 100 outside. Oh the DRAMA!!

I am slightly overweight. I weigh about 3 pounds more than I did when I was in the service 36 years ago. I have high blood pressure and high cholesterol and am taking meds for them. Also, heart meds. I am not menopausal. Have a great day!

Granny, lol...here goes some secrets!
Okay, I am slightly underweight.
No blood pressure problems.
MENOPAUSAL!!
Generally, I run on the cold side; however, the above mentioned "secret", third one down, can cause me to glow red! LOL Makes me want to jump into a mound of snow and I am sure that mound would be water when I got up! lol
So, geesh, I am currently swinging from one to the other. I have NO way of cranking down my body's fondness of the current heat waves! Nor, can I create snow mounds, in Texas! roflol! To try to get my body at a happy medium, I wear clothing I can take off and then reapply, when the furnace dragon is sleeping!

You know what, it's funny. When it's incredibly cold out, all my friends ask, "How the heck can you wear that!!!" I tell them I'm not cold at all because I guess it's just who I am. When it's incredibly hot out, I try not to think about the weather too much and wear whatever. So basically, I'm never always cold or always hot. I'm neutral about it. It's like I don't feel anything, it's just weather.
