I think the chances are very high that she has moved on permanently, regardless of whether or not she has a new bloke.

It does not mean she is with a new bloke....she is deeply hurt by something you have done to her. If she is ever to speak at all will take a good apology and a sincere apology to ask forgiveness then maybe will speak again.

I doubt it means she is with someone new but it does mean you should move on. You will gain nothing by worrying about her and her life if she does not want you in it. Unless you have a child with her or something, just leave her alone and get on with your life.

1) she may speak to you again .. eventually.
and 2) no, it doesnt necessarily mean she is with anyone new .. yet.
