I replaced my main floor bathroom fan .However I can hear the vibration noise. What I can to eliminate that annoying noise?

Is this a problem for houses made with wooden I-beam joists?

I'm trying to practice my Spanish as well as talk to them in their language, but I don't want to come off as overstepping my boundaries or being rude. I always do so very mildly ( I would never try to use slang or anything) and gently with a smile. But, I don't want them to be offended or anything.

What do you think?

i'm currently breeding Livebeares but i want something new and a bit mroe challenging. I heard that Danio's where pretty easy egg layers. So here are my questions

1-what is the best danio to breed
2-What do i do
3-Do i have to set-up my tank a certain way?
4-Can i put the fry in a breeding net/box?

any info i need to know would be great

They show the city from a distance but when you get closer, you get no details like in the other cities. Is there a way to suggest a city to them???

i have like tons of little teeny tiny pimples on my forhead and nose and chin and even some on my cheek
its not like REALLY bad but it annoys me
i know everythings not gona go away in 2 days
but how can i reduce the apperance of it in two days?

I've been pooping about 10-12 times a day. I thought it was normal until I consulted a close friend. recently i had to call in sick to my job, my boss yelled at me for calling in sick and then went on to say that he was going to make sure that the next time i requested time-off i would be denied. what i want to know is can he really do that? can i file a complaint with the labor board? by the way i did get a doctors note for the sick day. i live in ca, and this job is part time. any help is appreciated.

On Saturday night, I was watching that Grey's Anatomy recap special (where they fill you in on what has happened on Grey's up to this point in the season) and coupled with a shot of Meredith being depressed (typical) was a song playing with the lyrics going something like .."Woke up this morning and I wish that I was dead ... *something something* in my head." I wish I had more lyrics to give you but that's all I can remember. I believe it was a shot from the episode where Meredith was holding a bomb inside a woman's body, but they kept cutting b/t epi's so I'm not sure. It also sounds vaguely familiar, like they're lyrics in an old song and the song on Grey's is a cover but *shrug* if anyone can help...

I just started online dating. People keep saying i dont think you should do it that way it isnt safe!! But are you any safer if you go about meeting people in bars,church,supermarkets,or whatever other traditional way you choose to meet people. The 1st date is never safe i dont care how you 2 met. the only disadvantage u have when u meet them online is that u dont really know how they look!! I can meet some1 at a party, store, mall what ever that dosent make it any more safer the only thing you honestly can be sure of is how he looks !!!
