First of all, nonsoluble in what? polar compounds are soluble in polar solvents and nonpolar compounds are soluble in nonpolar solvents, so it depends on what sort of solvent you're talking about.
However, there are bacteria that produce red pigments that are soluble in water and bacteria that produce red pigments that are nonsoluble in water (ie. polar and nonpolar compounds).
