Do people answering these questions REALLY care about the person asking them or do they care more about getting the "Best Answer" kudos (points)? Some seem to be sincere, others seem to be competing. If someone can actually give an honest answer (in my opinion), they will get the kudos. Sheesh! Did I just say that??

i am 26 single mom of 1 child recieve no child support make aprox 27 k a year. i get earned income of about 3k when i file my takes. i use this money to suppliment my income (meaning i couldnt pay all my bills with out it). my live in boyfriend does help me financially (no where near like he should) question is if i where to marry this guy would i no longer recieve my 3k earned income. lets say he only makes about 13k a year. if i did marry what would be my best bet at filing, married but filing seperate ?? i am trying to figure out if i can afford to get married, lol.

I have been watching several police shows which show segments on bait cars and how they catch so called car thieves. My issue is this: for the most part they always show minorities stealing these cars and very rarely show these cars in a non minority areas. Are the police perpetuating a certain stigma/ stereotype that causes the media to take advantage of? Right is right and wrong is wrong. But is the portrayal of such actions equal or fair for that matter?
