Im 17. in sum 05 i have spine fusion for scoliosis. 1month later found out a screw "came loose" and had another operation for that. everything was ok.. except i had some pain but the doc said everything was normal. in 07 i had really bad back pain.. i told the doc and we made appointments. but like a week b4 them he cancelled. in aug 07 i found out a screw broke and the lumbar part of my back did not fuse. i decided to get the med records and it says that the doc thought that during the surgery #1 the screw that eventually came loose was too lateral but maybe ok... but more importantly.. the docs noted in AUG 06 a screw was fractured... he did not try to contact me in any way until i was able to get an appointment in aug 07... wat should i do?

I have lost my motherboard (Intel Chipset 915 - PIV 2.8 HT, Pinless).
Now I want to purchase a new motherboard. Pl. tell me me which motherboard is right (Price less & Quality grate) for me. Some of my friends have suggest me that I should opt for Intel Chipset 965.
It this is a better motherboard than others or I should opt for Intel Chipset 945. Some one has suggest me that I should buy Asus motherboard.
I am in a great confussion. So pl. help me & tell me which is a right motherboard for me that is cheaper & best for me.

When people talk about Nas, of course Illmatic will come up, and then probably It Was Written or Stillmatic, but IMO God's Son is his second best album. Why? Because its a personal album, he opens up on this LP like he did on no other. Its like you're actually getting to know him on this album. Of course he had the more mainstream-acclaimed hits in: I can, Get Down, Made You Look, Heaven....but there were also alot of hidden gems, ie: Book of Rhymes, Dance, Revolutionary Warfare, Warrior Song, Last Real N*gga Alive..along w/ Thugz Mansion. To this day, this album gets more replay value from me than any of his other CD's, to me it's just as much a classic as Stillmatic

am i alone on this? if you got another album by him you think is slept on name it and state why..all opinions welcome *except for section bashers on patrol

How do we know if there is or isn't a god? How do we know what we are, why we're here, what the world really is?

Not what do you believe, how do we KNOW.

How do we know anything, really? All we have is our senses and our thoughts. How easily those can be manipulated. I think I'm typing on a keyboard right now, my fingers feel the keys, my eyes see the screen, but it could all be a dream.

Everything we've always known could change in an instant. Hell, maybe it already has.

How do we know what we see every day is even reality? How do we know the universe isn't just riding along on the back of a dust speck in a much larger universe? How do we know we're not just brains in jars, hooked up to electrodes that make us think we're experiencing the world? How do we know we're not all computer programs, or characters in a madman's dream?

How do we know that we even exist?

We. Don't. Know. Anything.
