it's not on wikipedia so u spelt it wrong

the person u got it from must be either really intelligent or absolute bonkers!!

Pneumono is a prefix to do with the lungs.

Ultra means excessive

microscopic means something is too small to be seen without a microscope

So it's probably something to do with putting a microscopic camera down someone's throat to look at lung damage.

Or possibly one of the rejected songs from Mary Poppins.

I suspect your spelling is not correct. "Pneumo" refers to lungs. "Ultramicroscopic" means very, very miniature. that's all I can gather from what you typed. Sorry!
