I tried using net to phone service but had voice distructions. it was like the communication was not two way. I think the problem is with the sound card. How can i check if my pc has got a full duplex card.

She loves me so much and i do the same also.. But I can't marry her cuz of the differences between me and her in the culture... We both agree about this tragic fact.. We tried to move on and forget each other but we couldn't... we still communicate by YM... cuz we are a bit far from each other... she is asking me to keep contacting her cuz she will feel bad without me. our relation is getting deeper and deeper everyday.. what we have to do?? should we permanently stop communicating?? or we stay as ordinary friends ? and how often we should communicate?? should we put rules for our friendship??? plz advice.. thank a million for ur help....

I drive a 2000 mitsubishi eclipse GS. When I rev up the car, i begin to hear a hissing noise from the engine at about 3,000-4,000 rpm. When I shift into the next gear (lower rpms) it goes away until i reach the higher rpms again. This only happens when the car is in gear, if it is in neutral I cannot seem to get the noise. The engine is not turbocharged

What could this be? How do I find and fix the problem?

Copied as though it was a great and equal way to go through life. We know these persons are gifted, and talented, and can make it regardless of their affliction, but choose to use this painful condition against the rest of us, and declare themselves a force to be dealt with, an in your face deal. We all watch entertainment outlets, and are bombarded with lessons on how we need to accept this behavior, and stand by idle while they constantly attack our prudence and providence. At the end of the day, they will accomplish nought, but save distain, regardless of the approving smiles of the self-important, self rewarding celebrity crowd.

If you have let a relative live in your garage for several years as an act of charity, with no money changing hands between you, can they be asked to leave, or made to leave, without going through the entire legal eviction process?

What's the best way to protect ourselves against bad tenants? If we get a really bad tenant (and please don't reply with "don't rent to bad tenants," although I admit screening is a big part of the process). However, if you do get into a situation with a bad tenant and they just sit in your property for several months not paying rent while you take the "proper" route through the municipal court system and Sheriff's Office, how are we expected to pay the mortgage? Does anyone make tenants sign waivers stating that we can change the locks in order to move them out within "x" number of days after they haven't paid rent? Does anyone have some strong suggestions to protect themselves to the fullest extent?
