Cater was the worst president or at least one of the worst.
He let this country get into a serious recession, lending rates for getting anything were very high. The gas lines were horrible. He let our people be held by Iran for a very long time. He started a heap of problems in the middle east that we are still paying for today.

Good economy? Massive debt and trade deficits, record foreclosures, EUR/USD at 1.4200, factory orders down, construction spending revised down, consumer sentiment in the low 80's...yah, the economy is good..nay, the economy is GREAT!!!!
