Copied as though it was a great and equal way to go through life. We know these persons are gifted, and talented, and can make it regardless of their affliction, but choose to use this painful condition against the rest of us, and declare themselves a force to be dealt with, an in your face deal. We all watch entertainment outlets, and are bombarded with lessons on how we need to accept this behavior, and stand by idle while they constantly attack our prudence and providence. At the end of the day, they will accomplish nought, but save distain, regardless of the approving smiles of the self-important, self rewarding celebrity crowd.

Upchuck Biscuit, don't try, you very well know the question, do you ever watch Jeopardy?

Hey Shaz, say shazzam three times and you will change back! NOT! When someone has hatred in their soul, they watch in silent indifference while the pit trap is dug, and will not cry out a warning, and if they dig the pit, they will fall into it.

It really only seems that way, because of the few that hold positions of overseeing the news, and other programming. They strive to deceive. In florida we had a singer that challenged the gay movement so that a number of the hollywood people caused a boycott to sales of orange juice. The woman lost out as a spokesperson for the sunshine product. The Christain right came to her defense, but the great Billy Grahm only danced around the issue, and said that she was in over her head, suggesting that she really did not know as much as he alone was gifted to know about homosexuality. After all he had to consider his popularity, didn't he?They are much better off staying in the closet, and using their skills to advance their status, and leave their sexual persuasion at home!

I don't see them as trying to make it an example...just live like others are allowed to. I have never seen anyone USE their lifestyle against me. They were born that way..let them live the way they were born.

You sound like you are mad because someone is happy...which means you're miserable..which means you need to do something about yourself and leave others alone.

It is people like YOU that test society with your ill-veiled hatred of life and happiness...you are the evil, the darkness, the worshipper of the void.

EinsteinsReal> Well they are asking for the EXACT same thing as other minorties..so if they are asking for too much so are the others. As for the ill-veiled comment, well it means badly disguised...comes from the old english style as does the void talk....not emo. You know Shakespear and stuff like that, nice try to insult learning though..think about it..it will come to you.

Red Rooster> I don't see you trying to warn homosexuals of anything that is real or dangerous for their own good. I see you not happy and trying to make sure no one else is either

I do not believe that the "homosexual lifestyle" is being held up as an example to be copied.

Many homosexuals ARE gifted and talented, just like many heterosexual people are, as well.

Homosexuals deserve the same rights and privileges in our society as anyone else. They are just like everyone else in most ways.

Hope this helps.

I agree....the way that gay lifestyles are put up on a pedestal is ridiculous. Take, for example, the Hardaway thing in NBA basketball. He was bashed and gays were glorified, and all the little gay supporters in Hollywood came out to show their support for them. They (media) make homosexuality out to be a glamorous, enjoyable lifestyle, when actually nothing but problems come from it.

THERESA: wHAT!? You are either born that way or not? How in the world do you get that? just because it is the consensus of the liberal media, does NOT give it an ounce of merit in real life. A specie (us humans) would NEVER do something or change something to lead to its own extinction. Its always changed for the better. If people become homos, guess what.....?......we would all die out...good lord, use your brain for once.

EDIT:
Ohhhh, SHAZ, did you get that from one of your emo books? worshipper of the void...sounds cool. come on.......ill-veiled hatred...? that doesnt even make sense. Hatred veiled by illness? it wouldnt exactly be veiled then would it? Think about it. It will come to you soon. Nice try though.

CELINE: No no no no no no no no. They are NOT being asked to be treated like humans, they are asking to be treated BETTER. They want protection from people talking about them...They want certain words like fag, dike, lesbo and things like that erased from our minds, they want jobs to be forced to have a certain number of gay people, they want hollywood to ALWAYS include at least one gay person in their movies/shows, etc. and of course, they want to put a muzzle on the mouth of anyone that has the power and gaul to stand up to their BS. Treated like humans? no, they want to be gods. Not being racist or nething (im not white), but gay people today have more demands than Rev. Jesse Jackson and black people do.

Copied by whom?

You cannot copy a gay person.

You either are gay or you are not.

It is not a choice of a certain way to behave.

i don't think it is being held up as an example to be copied. all they are asking is to be treated like humans also, respect as we want to be respected and acknowledge their good contributions as how we want to be acknowledged.
