Something troubles me about this case. People are protesting asking to "Free" the Jena Six. For me, that is a problem.

Do I think they were treated completely fairly (Especially when there have been other incidents between black/white students in Jena on and off campus)? No.

But let's not pretend these guys are innocent, boys and girls, they laid the smackdown on some guy in a 6-1 fight.

Micheal Bell, who already has several offenses on his record, should NOT be made into a symbol for civil rights struggles.

Should they get a fair trial and perhaps see the charges and jail time reduced...I think so.

Should they walk off scott free....I think not.

Doing that would just perpetuate the double standard some people see so intent on seeing erased.

Re: a automobile accident. My attorney does not let me know what is going on with my case and when I email questions he emails back and is so rude to me. I have a right to know what's going on with MY case, don't I? He knew a couple of months ago that I wanted him to send me a copy of the demand letter so that I could go over it before sending it out (which he did not do) and he is being a total rude jerk in his emails to me. I have no idea what was said in the letter to the insurance company. I have also emailed him and asked what was in my medical records and also what he thinks my case is worth and I never get a answer. This is my case and I'm kept in the dark. This is not right! I am mad enough this time around to fire him but I don't want to have to start all over. I am in pain every day and stressed to the max on top of it. I don't need this from my attorney. Any advise?

I do not believe they can. Many are called to Salvation but few are chosen to repersent him. I saw a man of God lie and shortely after he almost died and I saw another who did die after the anionting left him. I believe you are only anointed when you are in the will of God and doing what he has told you to do.

i first filed for divorce in june. Since he didn't respond i put the papers through default. they have been accepted to default.

does it take another 6 months for the judge to sign the papers or what, or do they still count it from the first day you submitted all forms.

We have no assets or anything else attached to our name.

Should it be a piece of cake here on out?

1) Self-love... why is this WRONG exactly? It's sort of equivalent to being proud of yourself or having high self esteem. It's a healthy way of relieving stress.
2) Having fantasies of naked people. Well, first of all. We don't necessarily have fantasies at all. And if it were of naked people what's wrong with that if we're all BORN NAKED and imagining it doesn't hurt anyone?

Well, there's this guy that I know but I'm not really friends with, we greet each other and exchange a few words, but that's about all the interaction we have. In my opinion he is cocky, but maybe he is just shy, I don't know. But he is changing the way he interacts with me, now he smiles at me when he sees me, and when we exchange words he keeps eye contact for long periods of time, he has this very intense look on his face and that makes me very nervous, I get weak in the knees when he does that and can't keep eye contact too long. From where he sits he looks in my direction and sits facing me, not only his face but his whole body. I feel he is interested in me, but I don't know what I'm supposed to do. What advice can you give me???
