well i hate my parents well my mother im nearly 16 and i want out is it possible to walk into a estate agents and ask for a flat?

No, you need to be old enough to work and buy your own groceries, pay the rent, pay for electricity and all of that.

It is better to wait it out until you leave for college.

You will seriously $crew up your life now just because your mother is being a parent.

you're not an adult and not old enough to sign a rental contract and no one is going to risk renting to a kid. where would you get the money for first months rent, last month's rent and dsecurity deposit? Do you have a good paying full-time job? Will you have to drop out of school to get one - you'll never make it on you own at that age.

Nope. Forget it, kid. Grow up and learn to get along with your family. If you hate your parents it's probably because they are trying to turn you into a responsible individual that will be able to function well in society as an adult.

Probably not. You must be 18 to enter into a legally binding contract so most landlords will not let to you.

No you must be 18. No landlord will rent to you because if you do not pay them how can they take you to court??
