No, I find that they are just as nice. it really depends on the person.

They also know proper English grammar, so they don't use phrases like "more nicer."

That was really true many years ago and still is to a certain extent. Canada, as the US, is so diverse now, that all the different nationalities and people combine to water down the 'true Canadian' so it could be perceived that Canada is not the nice country it once was, although in the realm of things, I have found it to be very pleasant for the most part.

I live in the South and we are known for our nice people and hospitality. That being said, I've been to Canada three times (British Columbia and Alberta) and have found the Canadians to be just as nice and hospitible. Of course I think that there are places in any country that you go to that will have extremely nice people and some places where there are not-so-nice people.

"more nicer"? Just say "nicer".

That's a difficult comparison because Canada has a much smaller and more homogeneous population. In America, various populations differ tremendously. People within a 150 mile radius of NY seem pretty rude to me. People south of VA seem nicer than people north. People in Maine though seem VERY nice.

Yes I find that people in alot of other countries besides Canada are alot nicer then Americans. We have a reputation of being cocky, and putting our nose were it doesnt belong. Our president comes off as Americans way of living is the only right way.

I'm not sure that I agree that Canadians are "more nicer" than Americans. Some Canadians are nice, but I've also met some who were really nasty. Just like in the U.S.

I find them to be the same as we are. Quaintness in our vocabularies sometimes sets us apart but that is about it.
