in my school we're studying the Alsace region. well, we're about to study it but id like to get a head start. im going there in november on an exchange trip. for our homework we have to find some general information about it. i have found a little, but it would really make a difference to my research if i got some info from the locals. if you can help please answer these questions.

what is alsace famous for?
where are the best places to visit?
what are the three major towns or cities?

We have been broken up for 7 months now and I don't know if I should tell her. I think it would be a selfish tjing to do. I know she suspected it. The next day I ended our relationship because I was too ashamed & too weak obviously to commit to her, truly. I believe in being honest, but when it comes to a thing like this... This is about as horrible a thing I could picture myself doing and I did it. Will telling her help at all? I do not want this to happen again. I am afraid that not saying a word is still lying about it in shame. Not owning up to it. What do I do?

Why do atheists in America like to mock at christians and forget to be polite?I get such answers as" you are stupid ", "you are an idiot" and so on..Do they think that after these words I won`t trust in God?. I`m a Russian woman, living in Russia, and our country paid too much -millions of christians were killed by atheists during communism time, but this terrible time has learned us to be tolerant to each other and I can`t understand why atheists in America can`t be tolerant either?

i was driving on the highway with traffic going 5 miles an hour, i was behind this big white electric company truck with a thing in the back that can hook on to another car and pull it. this ***** stopped then it was going back and i honked the horn and already it hit the chrome part of the truck and she's blaming me for not stopping. i was actually at park cuz my foot was getting tired and there were cars behind me of course, so she made a report stating i hit her. she all looking scared and guilty knowing its her fault, had made that and now im being blamed for nothing. what to do?
p.s. its my boyfriends truck and left a really big dent in the front with nothing on her truck.

I love cross dressing but kinda would like the choice of dressing fully as a woman, or just wearing a cool skirt, high heels etc...I wonder though if enough men did this would it cease to shock or freak 'normal' people out. I mostly do it because I think womens clothes feel nicer to wear, nothing sordid about it. I personally woudl probbaly still do it as much as I could though, regardless of what people think. You only live once possibly!

Morris and his wife,Esther,went to the funfair every year.And every year,Morris would say,"Esther,I'd like to ride in that helicopter".
Estger always replied,"Yes,it looks fun,Morris,but that helicopter ride is £50-and £50 is £50".

I have a 93 Accord, 5 spd man trans. I can get the car to start but it will not go into gear, or into reverse. No hoses are broken that I can see, all fluid levels are where they should be, does this mean I have to replace the clutch?

I am shocked and sickened that the writers went from Liz hiding an affair and a baby from Yucky..and Lucky hiding an affair from Liz.....to the secrets are out...
Now to Yucky having ANOTHER secret affair? Are you kidding me??

This is so sad, these writers, putting us through the same thing again, even with the same (boring) couple!

The mother has fought for two years to ensure she had her time with her youngest child, in a 50/50 shared custody divorce. Now, she says that she is moving and the child can determine where she wants to live. The move will take the mother 1200 miles from where she now lives. She is all the sudden okay if she only sees her daughter during the summer and rotated holidays etc... Now I find out, that she plans to move out there with this guy that is 41 years older than she is and she is 42, he is buying the house, paying for the move and she is going to be his so called live in care taker. I have seen the guy, and he is old, but does not seem to have any problem getting around. She claims there is nothing romantic at all. He obviously has money and she has blown me away by not asking for anything and how willing she is to basically give up her rights to our youngest daughter. When i was younger, i used to love dancing around with a set of curling tongs in front of the mirror pretending to be a popstar. Today, I have been playing with my 6 year old and we got her karaoke machine out (which i asked someone to buy her for Christmas) and have had a fab time screeching down the mike and dancing around like loonies. I think it is really important for her not to be self concious and she has belted a few songs out. I realised that i was actually acting like a huge kid and it brought back the memories of before karaoke machines were on the market (that's why i used to improvise with the tongs.) Anyone else done similar and give me your examples. Look forward to reading them. Thanks.
