My boyfriend and I started out very casual... Embarrased to say it but it was basically friends with benifits. This went on for a few months but then I decided I wanted someone more. He always told me he didnt want anything serious. So for a few months after that we didnt talk... I tried dating and nothing really serious came out of that for one reason or another. Then he called me out of the blue one night and he was upset. He said he missed me and that he missed not just the sex but the other little things. Making dinner together, going out, sleeping in on the weekend etc. So he said he wanted to be serious he was ready to settle down and all of that. He's military and had to go to Germany but asked me to marry him and I told him when he got home that we could talk more about it and that I'd love to be with him. Two weeks of being over there he calls to say he doesnt know about anything anymore... And now he'll be home for Thanksgiving and wants to work it out... Is he for real?

I had just answered another question concerning how Pagans celebrate Christmas and something did occur to me. I know Celts use the Mistletoe during this time... it was considered a Sacred plant to the Druids... but according to the Northern Traditions I am not sure. Considering the story of Loki aiming the arrow that killed Baldr (spelling? I see these names spelled so many different ways I'm still unsure of them), is mistletoe left out during Yule because of this? Or did it transfer from the Celts (as their cultures mingle greatly in several different areas)?

Now I know, in some references, mistletoe isn't considered Sacred even to some Celts. I am using this more in the modern sense, since many do include it as a sacred plant.

A car rear-bumped me, and now my car has a 1.5 inch dent and scratches. My insurance company adjuster determined that it was my fault, and it will only pay for the fixing of it (about $1,200) However, I want the entire bumper replaced and original Mercedes part instead. Can I argue with my insurance company ? or I have no merit.

A little boy comes down to breakfast. Since they live on a farm, his mother asks if he had done his chores. "Not yet," said the little boy. His mother tells him he can't have any breakfast until he does his chores. Well, he's a little pissed, so he goes to feed the chickens, and he kicks a chicken. He goes to feed the cows, and he kicks a cow. He goes to feed the pigs, and he kicks a pig.

He goes back in for breakfast and his mother gives him a bowl of dry cereal. "How come I don't get any eggs and bacon? Why don't I have any milk in my cereal?" he asks. "Well," his mother says, "I saw you kick a chicken, so you don't get any eggs for a week. I saw you kick the pig, so you don't get any bacon, for a week either. I also saw you kick the cow, so, for a week you aren't getting any milk."

Just then, his father comes down for breakfast and kicks the cat as he's walking into the kitchen. The little boy looks up at his mother with a smile, and says, "Are you going to tell him, or should I?"

I have about sixty songs on my computer. Well, I bought a movie and found out that we didn't have enough space, so it wouldn't download. My stepdad got rid of some things to free up space.

Unfortunately, he also accidentally got rid of something important. Now we can't connect to the internet. Which means I can't get to my songs.

So, is there anyway to get those songs? Like, by burning a CD or something? Anything?! Because I'm very upset, I have nearly $60 worth on that computer that I can't get to.

Ok, i broke my leg playing baseball. Fibula and tibia in 3 places all together. They put metal plates in my leg, and right now im in the hospital recoverying from surgery. How long do you think it will take to heal? How long until i can walk/run again? And lastly, how long do you think the cast will be on for and what will come after that? Also, please don' tell me to just ask my doctor or nurse.
