Some people are so stupid, and they vote for somebody without any idea what they're voting for. Should those stupid people be discourtaged from voting?

Example would be if someone voted for a candidate because they liked their smile only. I've known people who have voted this way, and it's so stupid!

A 13-year old (Jill) stumbled on her mom's email when she went on the computer. Her parents are have been divorced since Jill was around 6 and has been living with her father. She saw that her mom is apparently pregnant at 42 with a man who is already married with a son. Also, Jill's father's wife just moved in to her house. Jill's not a big talker at school and isn't sure if she should talk to anyone about what is going on in her life without worrying if her friends will tell their parents and cause a huge stir. What should Jill do?

Obviously don't have a clue what I'm doing with electrics. I've tried using a bulb that I know works but it doesn't work in this socket. I've read something about transformers. Would that be the problem and how do I go about replacing one?

My husband and I borrowed a small amount of money from his mother when we were married. She handwrote on a piece of notebook paper what her "terms" of this loan were. Both our names are listed on her paper. Well at the time we were fine with this and I signed it but he never did. She cornered me to sign it and told me both of us were to do so. Now we are split and she is being a real witch. She is trying to pin this whole loan on me because I signed her "paper" and he didn't but both our names are listed on it. Is this legal and binding? Or can I tell the court what I said here? HELP!

An Attorney filed a motion to the court. This was on a Friday, the motion was filed in court that day and the certificate of service was the same date signed by that attorney. The envelope was not postmarked until the following Monday. The judge made a ruling on that motion Tuesday morning and we did not even receive the motion until Tueday afternoon. What kind of voilation of rights would this be? I am thinking Due Process, but I am also looking for US codes for this kind of violation.

Why do they want this nation to settle mediocrity?

Why don't they want this nation to be more advanced militarily and economically?

Why do they want countries such as communist China to surpass us as the world's superpower?

Is this all part of their anti-American socialist agenda?

Are liberals for America, or against America?

I'm not advocating that the U.S. should be an empire.

I'm saying that we should always maintain 1st place in front of other nations militarily, economically, etc.

GOD BLESS AMERICA!
