I just got served this morning for a debt that was for 900.00 originally but is now 1275.00! I am pregnant and had a very difficult pregnancy which left me with no choice but to stop working until I have the baby, (which is in 12/06/07). Anyways, I got served today by Wells Fargo Financial and have 20 days to respond...has anyone been through this that has experience with going to court over such matter? I don't own my car yet, and I don't own a house so what then can they do to me? At this point can I file bankruptcy or is it too late? Or will I be required to make payment arrangements at the court? Help!

hello friends,
I've recently bought a Viewsonic 19'' TFT monitor, Model-VA1912wb

Now I 've a Dual boot system, WinXP professional & Win98 SE. Its fine with Xp but 98 is giving problem. The accompanying disc has 98 drivers & I tried to install the driver from it, but Win98 somehow cannot install it....its running in safe mode.

When I'm trying to install the driver using device manager & giving the path for the driver file, Win98 displays that it cannot find the file when in reality the file is there.
Say the file name is VA1912.icc but win98 saying its searching for a file named VA1912.ic....lookz like its having problem with the file extension....

can u plzz suggest me something?

Do you ever feel/felt burnt out from the restaurant biz?

What did you do after you stop working there?

I've been waitress for two years, but I'm just burnt out. I don't think I can do it anymore. The constant worry that I'm not doing a "good enough" job is killing me. I'm also tired of slaving away (and doing a good job) only for people to determine how much they want to pay me (tip me)

Anyone have a similar experience.

I mean, i dont dislike all old people...But everytime i see old people on the news complaining about social security, medicare etc, i cant help but blurt out "Ugh! Who cares? My eldest son is getting really bored with the meals i do but i'm struggling to find the time to try out new ideas! I bought a slow cooker and a recipe book to go with it but i'm reluctant to try different dishes in case no-one in the house will eat it and we end up having to order take away! I'm looking for some really child friendly meals that aren't spicey and are healthy. He especially loves his veg and pasta but i'm struggling to find any quick sauces, etc to go with them.
