Not all people who raise thier right hand and swear to tell the truth is really telling the truth. This became evident in my life recently and the consequences have been devastating. Without any evidence a person is arrested, booked forced to obtain a $1000 Property bond, and thier name printed in the paper in the police blotter. Can you imagine the effects these events can have on a person's life. You don't have to be guilty, you don't get a trial, you can request a hearing but a judge doesn't want to drop it because he would have to admit he was taken in by someone with an ax to grind. A son can do this to his mother, a husband to his wife, a neighbor to a neighbor. Is this really the way to settle a domestic dispute that perpetrated no violence? Do lives have to be forever changed and families destroyed? What can I do
