I am feeding a beautiful wild stray cat and would like to domesticate it. It seems to have worms and I would like to get it spayed or neutered. I have been feeding it, now, for weeks but will come no closer than about three feet to my outstretched hand. How can I humanely trap it? I want to get it to the vet before it goes into heat and continues the cycle.

ON THE NEWS IN ENGLAND TODAY :
Tories propose banning plasma TV screens ( but of course, for a "small" fee, you will be allowed to have in the house as many plasma TVs as you wish ) -- just like "LET'S KEEP LONDON FREE OF CONGESTION, POLLUTION but, for a "small" DAILY fee you can pollute London as much s you like and take into London as many cars as you like... Isn't easy money making wonderful !!!!?????????

When something is worded in plain English, punctuated and logically written it should be understandable, yet I've seen numberous examples of people not being able to understand questions. It's not the way the question is put, since most people will answer the questions but a few seem unable to understand what is asked or even be able to tell that it is a question, which is very, very weird. Is this some form of illiteracy?

Our neighbour's Ivy has grown over our fence so we trimmed it back to the top of the fence. As we live in a terrace our other neighbour to the right (not the Ivy neighbour) has complained we have killed off the Ivy. If it is our garden, surely we can cut it back to the top of the fence?
