So... for a while I thought I had it all figured out. I decided that UV was within the visible spectrum, because florescent things glowed under black lights. I figured that they were all the same. But... they aren't. So now I'm completely confused. What is florescence, how does ultra violet light differ from the light emitted by black lights? Do both Ultra violet and blacklights make florescent things glow? I have a pretty good understanding about light, photons, and colors... but this is a rough spot. Shed some "light" on the subject please.

So many people have asked why Bush just continued to sit in the classroom when informed about the 9/11 attacks. Likewise, so many people seem to wonder if Bush was warned about the attacks prior to their occurence. And if you are among those who have been wondering if Bush was in fact given the warning, here is the OBVIOUS truth: Bush WAS warned about the attacks, and he did nothing to prevent them. THAT is why he continued to sit in the classroom; because he HAD been warned about the attacks, and he felt guilty that he had done NOTHING to prevent them. And although the media tried to cover it up by playing it off as nerves, the fact is Bush himself could not have made it more obvious. For example, did you not notice the shameful, pondering look on Bush's face as he sat in the classroom, a look that clearly said, "why did I not do anything when I recieved the warning? If only I had done something..." Are you telling me that NOBODY else noticed this??

things to keep in mind, i really like his newer books like Dreamcatcher and Cell. I didn't enjoy books like Gerald's Game, Dolores Claiborne, and Cujo. I really want a good book that i won't be able to put down.

i was hanging out with one of the olsen twin's, either mary or kate. we were walking around at night in a popular crouded hip area like down town where all the shop's are. it must have been a friday or saturday night. any who let's say mary and i went into a dunkin donut shop which was begining to close. there were big coffee roll's out and i said let's just take one. mary said i dont know that doesnt seem right. i said well it's closing time they are just going to throw them out let's just take it they wont mind. so we did. the worker's looked at us but didnt say anything. we walked out
we then got to this swanky restaurant it was well warn but it was a popular place to be. a bunch of cute boy's were sitting at a table. they wanted me to try to persuade mary to sit with them i eventually got her to do it they started to make out. i sat at the table where tyra banks was she seemed bothered that i was ignoring her. i just watched mary make out.

I can understand anti-abortion, gun rights, and even building a big wall near Mexico, but for the life of me, what on earth is the opposition to universal health care? Besides insurance corporations, who could be against it? The best reason I've heard is this blasted 'wealth redistribution'. So what if a couple rich people won't be able to afford a seventh beach house, if it can save millions of children and others? Where's the humanity? Where's the greatness in this country? Are we built on preying and killing on the poor or being the land of the Great?

My landlord refused to fix anything, so I withheld rent, because of that my landlord issues a pay or quit. We went to court and the judge had our lawyers to meet and settle the dispute. Once our lawyers settled it, the judge dismissed the case without prejudice (that means there was no judgement against either one of us) The landlord made the repairs, and I continued to live there MONTHS after all of this was settled. So why do I have this eviction, and how can I get it removed from my record?

I am a single mom and have had a few things to 'mention' to him as he lives above me. But he is simpely an amazing landlord (and I have had bad ones). I want him to know that despite my complaints recently, I think he is an excellent landlord. He just bought this place 3 months ago and moved upstairs. I have had a few complaints for him but nothing that i consider huge (I would rather say if something is bugging me than getting angry about it and being passive agressively upset.. so if something bugs me, I just say it to the appropriate person). I want a gesture that will not come across like flirting as we are both single (which I would NOT be flirting anyway with my landlord). And I don't want to wait for Christmas. Any ideas?
