okay im gonna clear a few things up for you .....

I have had both done so i know

1. belly button hurts worse
2.belly button can get caught on your clothes
3.and it is harder to keep clean

4. tongue doesnt hurt when u get it done , but the healing process does
5.you wont swallow or choke on ur tonuge ring when you eat or sleep unless you dont have it on tight enough and in that case you wont really notice because the balls for the tongue ring are really small.

I think u should get peirced what ever you would like more , but also think long term if its something you only want for a little while then i wouldnt suggest it.


as far as job interviews you can get a retainer for you tongue that you cannot see

but belly buttons are easier to hide

if you are worried about chipping your teeth you can get flexible tongue rings which are a harder rubber that dont really effect your teeth.

I know too many people with chipped or broken teeth from tongue piercings so I recommend belly button. Besides the belly button one is cuter and easier to hide for job interviews and such.

I had my belly button pierced and I loved it and it really didn't hurt at all. And with a tongue piercing you can chip your teeth from it and you can hide a belly ring if you need to for like jobs or whatever, but you cant really hide a tongue ring unless you never open your mouth

Definatley belly bottom theres an much less risk of getting infected then your tongue, my sister got her tongue peirced and it got infected and they had to do somke weird surgery on it.
