think you take dead man out, then maybe wash not sure,also think you fried in pan cake mix (will this work with frozen cabs ?or do they hav ta be live crabs?)

I assume you're talking about softshell crabs? Try going to foodnetwork.com. I've seen them done on various shows. Just type in softshell crabs in the search bar.

I suggest you don't use live crabs, because you would be tourturing innocent beings. I hope you don't use any crabs at all, but if you must don't use live ones.
If you use live ones, I can assure your spot in hell.
